Perfect to turn over in a shallow serving dish for a cheese board, or eat with a spoon! Comb is edible, especially on hot sweet potato! Melt a section in hot tea to coat and soothe a sore throat! When we get the itch to produce comb honey, blank frames are placed in the honey supers for the bees to create their own guide. We then cut a square of comb to jar up and top off with liquid honey.
